On March 5, 2018, the IRS released revised HSA contribution limits for 2018 due to changes made in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.  This includes a reduction in the maximum amount a family can contribute to an HSA account.  The new amount for 2018 for a family will be $6,850.  Previously it had been $6900, so the change should not make much of an impact.  The single contributions limit will remain unchanged at $3450.

If you have an HSA account and have already contributed the max amount of $6900, your HSA admin should be in touch to make the adjustment.
